- Production will not begin until we receive your explicit approval of the design proof.
- Any delays in approval may affect the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for reviewing the design carefully for any errors, including spelling, grammar, and design elements.
3. Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Customer
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including shipping address, billing details, and any customization requests. You bear the responsibility for any errors or issues arising from incorrect information you provide.
- Reviewing Order Details: It is your responsibility to thoroughly review your order details, including product selection, quantity, price, and shipping information, before confirming your purchase.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website and purchasing our products.
4. Setrahouse Rights

- Refunds for Errors/Fraud: In cases where an order is refused, canceled due to errors, or suspected fraud/misrepresentation, Setrahouse reserves the right to issue a full refund to the original payment method.

- Custom vs. Ready-made Products:
- Ready-made products are standard items as depicted on our website, without any personal modifications.
- Custom/Personalized products are unique items made or modified specifically to your specifications (e.g., with custom engraving or printing).
- Product Images: We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays, lighting conditions, and natural material variations, product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of color, texture, or appearance.
- Dimensional Tolerance: While we aim for precision, slight variations in product dimensions (known as “dimensional tolerance”) may occur due to manufacturing processes. These minor deviations are within acceptable industry standards and do not constitute a defect.
6. Order Cancellation Conditions
- Ready-made Products: You may request to cancel an order for ready-made products typically within a short window after placement, before the order enters the shipping process. Please refer to our Cancel/Change Order Policy for more details.
- Custom/Personalized Products: Due to the bespoke nature, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Cancellations for custom orders are only possible within a very limited timeframe immediately after order placement and before design approval or production commencement.

All content on Setrahouse.com, including product images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Setrahouse or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our intellectual property without our express written consent. 8. Limitation of Liability
